My name is Michael Benson, Director of Bensons Locksmiths & Security Services. Over the past 6 months, John Bridge from R&W Bridge Locksmith has decided to retire and cease trading. John wants to ensure that you continue to receive the same quality of service that he has provided over the past 40 years, so he has passed on your request for your registered key system to Bensons Locksmiths & Security Services.

John has trusted our company to take on his loyal clients who hold security and key systems with R&W Bridge. To ensure a smooth transition, John is assisting us with the records and background of systems such as the one installed at your site.

Bensons Locksmiths have been in business for 30 years. We are a family-based business, now into the second generation, we are confident that we will live up to R&W Bridge’s one hundred and nine-year history in locksmithing.

We have a long and proven track record of supplying and servicing key systems for many government, education institutions, commercial clients, retail and private clients.

Bensons Locksmiths are also respected and active members of The Master Locksmiths Association of Australasia and have licenced products in stock to service your system. We have 6 mobile service vehicles servicing the Sydney area, our retail / showroom is based in Alexandria and operates Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

John’s primary concern is a seamless transition for his loyal and long-term customers. We have assured John (and now you) that R&W Bridge customers will receive preferred / priority status with Bensons Locksmiths. John’s retirement is not commercially motivated and as such we are able to offer the same pricing structure that R&W Bridge now offers and, in some cases, we can offer a slightly lower price structure due to turnover and buying power.

What all this means to you:

  2. We can continue to maintain your existing system at no extra cost.
  3. You will need to establish a preferred method of ordering / delivery / payment.
